Grain products have been produced in the Ostermühle since 1297. And processing spelt has been our passion for 40 years. Spelt products are therefore also the focus of our range, regardless of whether it is for snack and soup pearls production at the Elchingen location in Bavaria or the noodle wholesaler at the headquarters in Langenau, in the region of Württemberg.
We are regionally rooted at the foot of the Swabian Alb, a Southern German low mountain range, one of the largest growing regions for spelt. Ecological thinking guides our actions, craftsmanship characterizes our products and fair cooperation is the basis for our daily work.
