Ostermühle is one of Germany's leading Private Label manufacturers of organic Soup Pearls. At our state-of-the-art production facility in Elchingen, Bavaria, which opened in 2016, we produce this traditional Swabian-Bavarian speciality to the highest quality standards using the latest manufacturing technology. Here, traditional craftsmanship and modern production methods come together perfectly.

This business originated from our historic grain mill in Langenau near Ulm, Baden-Württemberg. Ostermühle was first documented in 1297 and has been family-owned for more than 200 years, now in its seventh generation. Since 1993, Ostermühle has been certified for organic production.
