Soup pearls are a wonderfully crispy soup add-in and give most soups an extra something. But they also like to be nibbled on all kinds of occasions. And as Swabians, of course, we are particularly familiar with soup pearls.

Soup pearls are a widespread regional specialty, especially in southern Germany and Austria, that should not be missing, especially in households with children. Because children looooove our soup pearls.


For production, a thin dough is made from our fine spelt or wheat flour, which is formed into individual small drops and then baked until brown and crispy in high-quality sunflower oil. After cooling, the wonderfully delicious soup pearls are ready for packaging.
